New Force Motor Co. , Ltd is a specialized ATV and utility vehicle manufacturer, Company was established in year 2001, located in Kaohsiung Taiwan.
In year 2002 the first Utility ATV- Cougar (150cc, 4 strokes) was accomplished development, in year 2003 Company gained ISO-9001 certification and Cougar gained Euro I Homologation (EC TYPE-APPROVAL CERTIFICATE) then sold to USA as well as Europe market, in the meantime Cougar was evaluated as Number One ATV in same filed of worldwide by European technical specialist.

In year 2004, Cougar ATV gains Euro II Homologation (EC TYPE-APPROVAL CERTIFICATE) .
More new ATV's and Utility vehicles will be coming up since 4th quarter this year.
